Ingredients

Filling

• 4 cups sweet potato, cubed and cooked
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 3 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mash cooked sweet potatoes with all filling ingredients.
3. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan.
4. Mix topping ingredients until coarse crumbs form. Add pecans last.
5. Sprinkle topping over sweet potato mixture.
6. Bake 30 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned.
