Ingredients

Crust

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1 stick butter

First Layer

• 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 of a 9 ounce Cool Whip

Second Layer

• 2 packages lemon instant pudding
• 3 cups cold milk
• Remaining Cool Whip
• Sprinkle of nuts for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix crust ingredients like pie dough and pat into an 8-inch square pan.
3. Bake crust 20 minutes and cool.
4. Cream together first layer ingredients and spread over cooled crust.
5. Mix pudding with cold milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and a sprinkle of nuts.
7. Chill before serving.
